Making a payment

We will send you reference number on your hire quote or daytrip via the email address you supplied when making a booking. this email will be used in all correspondence we have with you. The payment is on our website. If your experiencing difficulties we can take a payment over the phone.

Pay a large amount over a number of dates

We know that paying for a holiday or a private hire can be restrictive within anyone's budget. We do allow the full payment to be made with a deposit and installments. so long as the full amount is paid within the conditions of the hire or holiday then that's fine with us. We will inform you of outstanding monies and amount to pay.

Child Discounts

In most cases of Holidays, Excursions and Day Trips, the discounts are as advertised and discounts given.

To help family budgets and circumstances. these will be advised as and where appropriate. if you don't ask you won't get.

Iv'e not received any emails confirming or to make a payment .

The first email you receive from us should be in your inbox. if not, the email will be put in your Spam / Junk box as we are not on your safe contacts list. This can be easily rectified by opening your spam / Junk files on your email and clicking on the Shire Travel email. Once this is done this will allow you to change the settings of this email and further emails you receive from us

Need to change my booking.

If you need to alter or cancel a booking with us, simply send us an email to. shire.travel@hotmail.com Starting with the name of the lead person who made the booking, the reference number of the booking, the reason for change and amendments needed. If yo can not email us, you can call us and we will be happy to resolve the issue over the phone.

Cant open a link to a Payment Page

The majority of our programs are run with google sites. It may be that you need to have a google account or it just maybe that you are using an IPhone.

Either way you can call us and we can arrange bookings or payment over the phone.
